Medical Affairs support includes:
- provision of customers with medical information/services addressing their needs;
- preparation of educational materials;
- preparation of short and long term territory medical plan of actions;
- preparation of short and long term medical budget and marketing plans;
- planning, organizing and delivering territory educational activities on product and disease topics;
- taking care of product complains, adverse events and other pharmacovigilance issues;
- CEE and local Advisory Boards,
- engaging HCPs into CEE and local conferences and congresses (lectures, workshops),
- developing and implementing RMP materials,
- recruiting and managing local MSL activities,
- developing and implementing local disease awareness campaigns.
